Note to self.
Your self-imposed quit-caffeine regime has worked.
Your body is now free and not reliant on this substance.
You can function well and stay awake without a hit of coffee or tea or Coke.
Your eyes are bright and unclouded naturally.
You are no longer a slave to the coffee trade, and no longer have to worry when the price of coffee beans escalates.
You are not a Starbucks minion any longer.

So for heavens sake, stop drinking kopi, teh, teh-c, teh-o, teh-peng, kopi-peng, coffee frappucino or even Coke Lite, especially not at 3pm or later!
Damnit, because of that one cup of teh, thoughtlessly sipped, sliding smoothly down my throat at Bedok's 333 Coffeeshop at 4pm yesterday, I hardly slept a wink all night. I closed my eyes at 1.30am, but tossed and turned and didn't go into deep REM sleep at all. Finally got up at 5am and decided to just heck it.
I will crash tonight.
Note to self: threshold time has been moved up from 5pm to 3pm. If possible, no caffeine past noon, if you want to get some ZZZs at all.
Caffeine is bad. Repeat mantra.
