Apparently, my pictures were so beeyoooootiiiifulllll, my browser just had to stop to see them (read: hang), so here's part two of my Taiwan trip!
Some miscellaneous photos that I don't have any captions for, just see see lah.
I did mention that Taiwan people have "ren qing wei", or so they say, right?
Mr Bus Driver epitomises that. Either that, or they're cam-crazy people.
Serene wouldn't be Serene if not for her requisite naughty photo. Upon visiting a wet market (read: it was raining cats and dogs, and they sold the requisite fish and meat...double meaning to wet market) one morning, Serene saw something naughty that kept her giggling the whole morning. Unfortunately her travelmates didn't quite get it immediately.
Round.... and long....
Eh... a little like.... some body parts.
I must show you their longkang! Their long kang look.... pretty nice. Much nicer than our silly concrete ones that don't have very much water inside, but have a lot of luo han (discarded from people's fish tanks) inside...
Did I mention they had to put signs up, warning tourists not to put their feet inside these long kang? Because they look so much like sulfurous hot springs... heh, which are next to these drains. Just in case they get mixed up!
Just one last look at the quirky Taiwanese...
Wah, says Merllie... someone needs major eyebrow work when she grows up!
